Was looking for a good clinic for my c-section keloid scar and found this below my office which is very convenient. I was suffering from inflammation and itchiness from my keloid and nothing I apply will make it better. Dr. Diana had a look and suggested treatment (steroid shot + derma pen).
I signed a 5 session package with them with reasonable price and saw results immediately after the first treatment. I had did 4 session so far and my keloid has flatten significantly and most importantly the itchiness did stop completely. I am very very happy with the results! My main goal was to stop the itchiness and not the appearance but it does make me feel better looking at my keloid flatten so much.
The pain is bearable and both doctor,nurses are very gentle/polite making sure I am comfortable.. really happy with the results. 💕 there are no hard selling on products and services too. I can use my own preferable gel cream instead of their recommendation unlike other clinic that insist that we use their product.

Dr. Emma is indeed one of the best in town for dermatology related issues. She has helped me with my acne and kelloid scars with the best products and best practices. Meet Dr Fi—your go-to doctor for all things skin, wellness, and anti-ageing. She is a Medical Doctor and aesthetic practitioner with a passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more confident-looking skin through safe, personalised aesthetic care. She holds a medical degree from Kursk State Medical University and a Medical Aesthetic Certificate (MAC), combining her medical training with a touch of artistry for natural-looking results. Dr Fi also speaks Russian, allowing her to connect with an even wider range of patients.
Her interest in aesthetics began with a personal experience with acne, which led her to explore evidence-based solutions for skin concerns and their impact on confidence. Today, she takes a patient-first approach to aesthetic treatments, focusing on understanding each patient’s concerns, assessing their individual needs, and recommending treatments that are appropriate for them.
Dr Fi believes great treatments should be comfortable as well as effective, with an emphasis on patient comfort and high hygiene standards throughout every procedure.
